By law, Disclosure packages are required to be provided to the buyer. It is up to the realtor/seller to request this information on HOMEWISE. Escrow instructions may be requested by the closing agent using HOMEWISE as well. There is a fee for this information. Any requests that are within 14 days of a closing date will be considered RUSH. Rush orders will be assessed an additional $50 fee.

Information provided in the disclosure packages are up-to-date as of the date and time of completion. Information on this website is not to be provided to or used by Realtors as the information may be out-of-date and cause your settlement to be cancelled.
