By law, Disclosure Packages (also known as Resale Certificates) must be provided to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the realtor or seller to request these documents through www.homewisedocs.com. Lenders may also request a Questionnaire via this site, and closing agents can request escrow instructions using HOMEWISE as well. Please note that there is a fee for obtaining this information. Requests made within 14 days of the closing date will be considered RUSH and will incur an additional fee.

The information included in the disclosure packages is current as of the date and time the package is completed. Please do not rely on information from this website for real estate transactions, as it may be outdated and could result in issues with settlement.
